POWER CLAMP Clamping Systems
Sub Plates
POWER CLAMP extruded Aluminum Sub Plates are available in two standard sizes as well as in custom lengths up to 1200 mm.
Due to their light weight, individual clamping devices can be manufactured, which can be equipped outside the machine and then be loaded fast as lightning (manual pallet changer).
Standard sizes are premachined to 0.04 mm flatness and parallelism per 300 mm.

Vise Pallets
Reduce set up times and increase productivity on those small production jobs. Every vise with 150 or 200 mm jaw width can serve as support for our vise pallets.
POWER-CLAMP Vise Pallets are available as
- Blank Pallets and
- T-Slot Pallets.
POWER-CLAMP Vise Pallets have a locating pin for high accuracy of positioning. Simply slide pallet to the right of the vise and clamp in place.
